Applies to UK Mainland orders placed before 3pm Local time Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability and any security checks.

This does not include rural Scotland.

Next day Delivery does not apply on Orders containing Machines, Furniture, and hairdressing Scissors.

Orders which contain these items along side other stocked items which are required on a next day service will be spilt so that the stocked items are received next day. and Dual Postage costs applied.items which are exempt from this will be subject to the carriage charge as per the below:
Any orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next day, if ordered after 3pm on Friday the order will be sent next day on the Monday for delivery the Tuesday.

If a bank holiday orders will be sent on the Tuesday for delivery on the Wednesday.Professional Salon Products accepts no responsibility for late , missed or non-delivery. These are delivered by an external carriage company.

Professional Salon Products aim to pick items and have delivered within 1-3 business days (not including weekends or public holidays)This does not include next day service which if ordered and paid pre 3pm are picked and sent the same day for delivery the next working day.

Leaving with Neighbour
Curriers will where accessible leave a item with a neighbour if no one is present to sign for the goods. If you would like them not to do this, please leave a note DO NOT LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOUR on the address.
